1998 Mercedes-Benz SL320

A very nicely specified SL320 in Obsidian Black with grey leather with a panoramic hard top, 87k miles and a full service history.

First registered in August ’98, this SL was equipped with memory seats, heated seats, glass roof, cup holders, rear seats, a wooden gear knob and an MB Bluetooth hands free system (the full specification is listed below), adding up to a list price of over £69,000.

87k miles from new and the service history is impressive. 20 services from new, detailed over two service books and looked after solely by Mercedes for the last ten years with corresponding paperwork. Four owners, last for ten years. HPI clear with certificate.

We have put the car through our workshop and addressed any issues found to ensure the car remains in excellent order.

It’s worth noting that this SL is from the desirable ’96-98 generation. Combining the earlier, more charismatic straight-six engine with the later 5-speed automatic and the revised wiring harnesses that do not require replacement.

The body and paintwork are immaculate, the interior is superb and the panoramic roof in excellent order. On the road, the car drives beautifully.

These SLs are tremendous value at the moment. This low owner sensible mileage example has great colours, specification and a service history that demonstrates how well it has been cared for.
