Our Story
Like any passion-led business, Edward Hall Classic Mercedes can find its roots way back in Edward’s childhood; his very first word was ‘car’.
Having spent his career immersed in the classic car world, either in the workshop, writing about them or buying and selling them, Edward set up the business in 2016, focusing solely on Mercedes from the 60s to the 90s.
Mercedes cars from this period combined style with quality, attributes that shine even stronger today as classics, together with a toughness that allows a degree of usability often not found in historic vehicles. We believe in using and enjoying these fabulous cars.
Since 2016, Edward has formed a talented team with decades of experience, along with a loyal customer base. From the outset we have aspired to the highest standards established when Mercedes built these special cars.
We have a dedicated service workshop and a dedicated restoration workshop, so we can carry out a small service to a full restoration and everything in between – from engine building to body restoration to leather refurbishment, our team can return your classic Mercedes on the road or restore it to its former glory.
